Jewels Newkirk is a multidisciplinary artist and owner of Moth 2 Flame Studios, a Brooklyn based art and accessory brand. Working in ceramics, jewelry, collage, and film photography, they explore themes of memory and individuality creating one of one pieces. Their work uses found objects, both natural and man made, as textures meant to reflect the textures different experiences can bring to one’s life.
